The Dashboard permits members to:

• See which members are online and available by viewing their online status, or set and change your own status message. You can also be notified when particular members log in to Comotiv.
• Create Collaboration Rooms where work teams can have a secure, private space to meet and work together.
• Instantly launch text chats, audio or video conferences, and desktop sharing sessions with any other Connect member, or group of members, with a single click.
• View What's New to see what has been modified or added in Comotiv since you last logged in, or over the last seven days.
• Quickly access needed files from any of your Collaboration Rooms through a handy file list.
