A Comotiv Collaboration Room

In a Collaboration Room, members can:

• Initiate or join audio and video conferences with other room members.
• Initiate desktop sharing and collaboratively edit and review documents.
• Engage in text chats with other room members.
• Open, download and upload files stored in folders.
• Save or print the room's text chat transcript.
• Create temporary rooms, for private or side communications.
• Invite guests to temporarily participate in room activities.
